One last important tip for you: remember, cheese tastes so much better at room temperature. They say, you should pull the cheese out of the fridge at least 1 hour before serving (but don't unwrap quite yet so it doesn't dry.)At room temperature, the aromatics and complex flavors of cheese are much more realized.
