About this deal

If you want a decent pair of binoculars to keep in the kitchen/conservatory to grab to look at wildlife in the garden, these are for you. Probably, if anybody asks which feature u like most in this bins,i would immediately say, its their brightness. The apparent field of view offered is a versatile 65 degrees ( 7x35 / 8x 40 / 10x50 ), and bright image viewing is assured by way of their generous exit pupils.

This convenient equipment has a compact structure with a rugged body supported by sure grip rubber coating for easy handling. This site is not responsible for any damage that the information on this site may cause to your system. Please note that the Nikon Action EX and the Nikon Action are different binos - I am only recommending the EX version. Information posted on this site is current and accurate only at the time of their original publication date, and may now be outdated or inaccurate. Coming from a photography background, yes there is slight chromatic abberation along high contrast edges in the background but you have to actively look for that. I need to pull the rubber eye-cups down to see the entire field of view, which bugs me a lot while birding. I will be with my nephews (18 and 13 years old) so also i'm going to tell them and feed their curiosity.

If this is your only binocular, 10x50's become difficult to hold steady for anything more than a minute or so and sometimes less for some of us.

The forums are dedicated to wild birds, birding, binoculars and equipment and all that goes with it. But since there will be enough time to read many things i feel i'm bogging down with too much information.
